By placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights. This website has been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. We do not supply goods by mail order outside the United Kingdom. A contract between the customer and Romark Jewellers Ltd. for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched and the goods have been adopted. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

The information contained on this website, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement. When you send an order by means of this website for goods and/or services, your order shall constitute an offer for the goods/services selected. We shall send you an e mail confirming your order to the e mail address supplied with your order. Acceptance of your order shall only take place when your credit card is debited or other payment method is cleared. No binding contract is created until your order has been accepted. If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure you are not charged for that item. We trust you will be happy with your purchase, however, should you feel it necessary to return an item you may cancel the contract for its purchase within seven days of delivery by sending us an e mail to that effect. You should then return the item to us within a further seven days, in its original condition, unworn and complete with all original packaging by secure delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of such returns. We regret that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept earrings for return.
